Premier Shades is a local business owned and run by Peter & Nicole Anderson. Peter and Nicole come from a professional, customer service background and bring their customer first service approach to Premier Shades.

Premier Shades is an independent business. It's not part of a franchise or larger group. It employs local people to manufacture, consult, install and run Premier Shades. We're committed to the local community. Premier Shades has always been a local family business, started on the Central Coast in the early 1990's.

Premier Shades has an extensive showroom and blind manufacturing factory located at Unit 18/482 Pacific Highway, Wyoming. Many of the blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings they sell are on display.

They have a second Showroom with JBA Carpet Court at 18 Salisbury Rd, Hornsby.

Somfy is the worlds' most respected quality blind automation (motorisation) company and Premier Shades is one of only a handful of Somfy Automation Specialists. Premier Shades is skilled at connecting Somfy motorised blinds to home automation systems for full control. Premier Shades has many motorised blinds and awnings on display in their showroom at Wyoming.

Premier Shades is member of the Fashionline (Blind Industry Professionals) group. This is an independent group of blind industry retailers & manufacturers that meet regularly to discuss the latest fashion trends in the industry, as well as the latest manufacturing and safety standards.

We only sell quality products made to last: Premier Shades understands that our customers want a durable product that’s made to stand the Australian climate. That’s why, for example, we recommend Somfy (European-made) motorisation as experience has taught us that alternatives don’t stand up.

We make blinds to order in our Wyoming factory: we make roller, vertical and venetian blinds in our Wyoming factory. This means that we control the process, quality and timing. It also means that we can offer a fast (1 week) turnaround from quote to installation if you need.
